This committee deals with policies and issues that relate to the professional staff of Temple Isaiah. It is composed of members chosen for their expertise in human resources management and labor law and the Vice President of Finance.
This committee's mission is:
- To work with the laity and the professional staff so as to optimize Temple Isaiah's managerial performance and efficiency
- To guarantee that Temple Isaiah is always in compliance with the law regarding the treatment of its personnel
- To create consistent and fair personnel practices that is in keeping with the Temple mission and Jewish law and tradition.
