The Knitsvah group meets every other Sunday in the Temple Isaiah library to knit warm shawls or wraps, as gifts of comfort for Temple Isaiah members who need a caring lift. Both experienced and new knitters are welcome. We meet from 9:15-11:00 a.m. and you can drop in any time. Cantor Lisa Doob will provide a few sample patterns (or you can bring your own). Bring your own needles and a few balls of yarn from your stash to knit. If you have some yarn or needles to contribute to this project, or are in need of materials, please contact Cantor Doob! Join us for a time of conversation, knitting, and fulfilling the Mitzvah of caring for those in our community.
